7+ days before travel date: Eligible for a full refund (minus transaction/processing fees).
3–6 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 72 hours before travel date: No refund.
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.
If a traveler does not show up on the scheduled date/time, the booking will be considered non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Certain services such as flight tickets, visa fees, and special event bookings may be non-refundable depending on provider policies.
